License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of BCE TV commercial live sports channels and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

BCE TV grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the licensed live sports channels for your approved commercial purposes (website platform or physical venue) during the term of your subscription.

2. Scope of License

The license permits you to stream or display the content on your website or at your venue as specified in your plan. Public performance rights for hospitality venues and digital transmission rights for websites are included where applicable.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content
• Use the content for any purpose other than your approved commercial use
• Record, copy, or distribute the streams beyond the permitted scope
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code or streams

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of BCE TV or its licensors. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

5. Term and Termination

The license is valid for the duration of your paid subscription. BCE TV may terminate this Agreement immediately for breach of terms or non-payment.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

BCE TV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
